You may have noticed that my blogroll is a little different than it uses to be, now it has collapsible links instead of the long list of blogs it used to show. This will make it better for you, the reader, to find the type of blog you are looking for and ascetically it works better for my site. how did I figure out how to do that you ask? I was going through my newreader and found this post about a site being hosed because of Plugins and because I am a plugin addict i had to check it out. by the time I got there the problem was fixed but while reading the site, well written by the way, I saw that he had a wonderful blogroll that would work perfectly for me. So I commented “Dood, I love your blogroll. Howd ya do dat’ Thats not what I really said but it is what I thought. Anyway he was kind enough to comment and send me a letter. /cheer
Hi Wildwynd,
Wanted to email you to be sure you got the answer, but I will also answer in the Comments.
My blogroll is a combination of two plugins: Enhanced Links, which is what opens and closes each heading, and Daiko’s Text Widget, which allows not only text but also takes PHP code. The PHP code pulls the category info from the blogroll so it displays in the right spot(s).
Hope this helps!
It helped bunches, thank you.
